Elmer E. Dunlap was an architect of Indianapolis, Indiana 〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=National Register of Historic Places Registration: Spencer County Courthouse )〕 and a contractor from Columbus, Indiana, who worked often on projects designed by prolific architect William Ittner.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=National Register of Historic Places Multiple Property Documentation: Indiana's Public Common and High Schools )〕 He designed a number of Indianapolis schools.
